These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the InstaMandi mobile application and related services, operated by Melopa Invents Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using InstaMandi, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
InstaMandi is intended only for business users, including Kirana stores, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other HoReCa establishments.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account and place orders.
2. Account Registration
You are required to provide accurate details such as name, business name, phone number, email, GST number (if applicable), and delivery address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
3. Orders & Pricing
All orders placed through InstaMandi are subject to product availability and acceptance by us.
Prices displayed in the app are wholesale prices and may include applicable GST and other taxes.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity.
4. Payments
Payments must be made through the secure payment methods available in the app.
Currently, InstaMandi operates on a no-credit policy — all payments must be cleared at the time of order placement or delivery.
In the future, we may partner with trusted Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) providers to extend credit options to eligible customers.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the promised time frame in your serviceable pin codes.
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, supplier delays).
Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, expired, or incorrect products delivered.
Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method or adjusted against future orders.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Misuse the app for fraudulent orders or unlawful activities.
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with app functionality.
Re-sell InstaMandi products outside agreed terms or in restricted territories.
8. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, trademarks, and content in InstaMandi are owned by Melopa Invents Private Limited.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute app content without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the best services, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total order value in dispute.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting in the app. Continued use of InstaMandi means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
