Simply download the InstaMandi app from Google Play or App Store, register your business details, browse products, add items to your cart, and confirm your order.
We currently deliver in select pin codes of Bangalore. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code in the app.
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet payments through secure gateways. Note: We do not offer direct credit. In the future, we may partner with Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) providers to give you more flexibility.
Yes, you can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
We accept returns only if: The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect. You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as a credit balance in your InstaMandi account.
